At OLALA Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policy and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Tank Tops & Camis: Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
