• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to the following address:

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
