We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via DHL or FedEx takes 10-15 business days, while free shipping via EMS takes 15-25 business days for orders over $50.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Shipping fees are $12.95 for standard shipping, and free shipping is available for orders over $50.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons, Tank Tops & Camis cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

6. Refund and Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected, subject to product availability.
